Things to keep in mind

If it hurts, STOP.​​
​Reassess, adjust, ask questions.

Numbers are suggestions.​​
​If your body needs fewer reps, be where you are and build up slowly.

​Try to get in each workout at least once per week for noticeable changes in strength, stability, and flexibility. Add more days as desired or possible.

Use any sort of wrist support, neck support, or cushioning that you need.

Ready to make things more challenging? Add reps, add weight, add time.​
