Classes are designed to meet you where you are and to fit both the long term goals of each client, as well as any daily needs that present themselves.

Private sessions are a great way to kick start a new routine or enhance an existing one.

Private sessions are done either online or in the client's home (for Brooklyn folks). No special equipment is required though we can incorporate whatever props, toys, or weights you have on hand.  In these sessions we will discuss your movement goals and any physical challenges you may be experiencing. Together we will design a workout routine that can be done in a class setting as well as on your own.  

• Online sessions can be anywhere from 30-60 minutes.

• In person sessions are 60 minutes.

• Duet sessions (2 students at a time) are also available either online or in person.
