ANYONE CAN DO PILATES!

Classes are designed to meet you where you are and to fit both the long term goals of each client, as well as any daily needs that present themselves.

Let's talk!

Monday Morning Mat (Intermediate) :  Start your week by strengthening and stretching in this class that is welcoming to all levels.  Learn not only some basic Pilates fundamentals, but also how to adjust each exercise to your own body's needs so you can get the most out of class.  This 45 minute online group class focuses on movement that is safe, effective, just the right amount of challenging and may just have you planking for an entire minute before you know it.  

This class offers a sliding scale of payment from $20-$30.

Join me online each Monday morning from 8:45-9:30am.

💪🏼Weekly Community Classes💪🏼

Thursday Morning Mat (Beginner) : This is a great class for anyone who is new to Pilates, current students who want to add in a second class or clarify some of the concepts we mention in passing in the Monday class, or anyone who wants to take things slower for any reason.  Don’t let the beginner label fool you.  You will still get a workout!  The slower pace means we can pay extra special attention to the details which will help enhance all of the exercises.  

This class offers a sliding scale of payment from $20-$30.

Join me online each Thursday morning from 8:45-9:30am.

Private sessions are done either online or in the client's home.  No special equipment is required though we can incorporate whatever props, toys, or weights you have on hand.  In these sessions we will discuss your movement goals and any physical challenges you may be experiencing.  Together we will design a workout routine that can be done in a class setting as well as on your own.  

Online sessions can be anywhere from 30-60 minutes.

In person sessions are 60 minutes.

Duet sessions (2 students at a time) are also available either online or in person.
