How does it work?

When you sign up for the Daily Body Pilates subscription program, you will receive 3 videos per month, each with a different focus: core, arms, and legs (though they all get to a little bit of everything).  These videos are meant to be cycled through your week at a pace that works for you.

Plus as a DBP subscriber, you will have access to reduced prices for the weekly online group classes as well as private online sessions with Rachel.

 

Why do the same 3 workouts for a month?

When you focus on the same series of workouts for a period of time, you're able to more easily gauge your progress throughout the month, noticing which movements seem easier or more fluid and where you're feeling stronger.  The repetition also helps the body and brain remember various movement sequences which can be helpful if you are ever feeling the need to move, stretch, or check in with your body but can't or don't want to have to turn to a video to guide you.  This gives you the tools to move whenever, wherever.

And just when those first 3 videos are starting to feel a little more doable, you'll get 3 new ones that will build on what you're working on and push you a little further.

 

Who is the Daily Body Pilates program for?

Everybody!​ Whether you are just beginning your exercise journey or are looking to add to your weekly movement repertoire, the Daily Body Pilates program will fit right in.

How do I get started?

Each new student will receive an intro video detailing some of the general concepts used in the workouts along with their first 3 videos.  Once you receive those videos, you will continue to have access to them as long as you are a DBP subscriber. This means that even though you'll be getting 3 new videos each month, you will have a growing repertoire of workouts that you can go back to for any reason.
